Our usual check-in time is from 15:00 to 21.00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time.Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.



Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:

Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.

Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.

The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.

Excellent location - we are walkers, but the metro is very close by. Peaceful retreat after a morning outing and lunch to rest up before heading out again! The photos from the balcony when we booked this showed a huge publicity spider on the Coliseum across the boulevard. Just FYI for arachnophobia’s, that spider is long gone! 😀

Good location but there were issues!

This was a good location although the building itself was rather seedy. Apartment was clean but somewhat run down. The biggest issue was a strong smell of sewage that permeated the entire lobby and stairwell. I did not bring this to the agent’s attention since I doubted there would be anything she could do about it. I would not rent this unit again due to the smell!

Perfect appartment and amazing location!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in april 2022 and it was wonderful!! This appartment has everything you need, whole kitchen, washer and dryer, a large living and dining room and the view is just amazing!! It was very clean!! The location is perfect too, close to La Rambla, the metro, all the shops, restaurants, the plazas, it was perfect!! Thank you!!
