Good flat for short stay

The flat is spacious and the rooms ok for a short stay. The location is good and well connected to the city. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated they tried to accommodate our requests promptly. We also liked the welcome kits and the drinks on the fridge. One thing we noticed on the flat is that the walls are super thin, so you can hear pretty much everything going on outside the rooms and the flat, we were able to hear our neighbours coming in and out and even the cleaning ladies upstairs doing their job in the morning. Also there were so many weird noises coming from the heating and the pipes, overall we couldn’t enjoy a very quiet resting night. If you have a light sleep, maybe this flat won’t be the best choice. Overall our stay was “good”. We felt the value for what we paid was there.

Amazing location!!!!

We had 5 adults in our group so the apartment was found to be very spacious and comfortable with amazing amenities. We loved, loved, loved, the central location and the endless restaurants, bars, and grocery stores that were within walking distance. Lots of sights were also found within a 30 min walking distance. I totally recommend and would return for another stay.

Un séjour presque parfait.

L’appartement est situĂ© dans une rue piĂ©tonne, ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able, car on peut laisser les portes - fenĂȘtres ouvertes, et profiter des 2 balcons. Nous y sommes restĂ©s 4 nuits, fin octobre, il faisait beau, la tempĂ©rature Ă©tait douce et agrĂ©able, alors nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir ouvrir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le salon salle-Ă -manger est trĂšs spacieux et confortable, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable aprĂšs une longue journĂ©es de visites culturelles et balades Ă  travers la ville. En revanche, l'une des chambres n'a pas de fenĂȘtre et ne peut ĂȘtre aĂ©rĂ©e qu'en l'ouvrant sur le couloir. Les deux autres chambres disposent de fenĂȘtres mais ces fenĂȘtres donnent sur des puits de jour Ă©troits, assez sombres et mal ventilĂ©s, qui font caisse de rĂ©sonnance lorsque les voisins, bruyants, ont leurs fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Mieux vaut donc prĂ©voir des boules QuiĂšs si on a le sommeil lĂ©ger. La literie est trĂšs confortable, et le mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs bien fait. Les produits de toilette sont fournis pour un sĂ©jour longue durĂ©e. Et il y a de quoi prendre un petit dĂ©jeuner (sachets de thĂ©, dosettes de cafĂ©, sucre) + de quoi faire la vaisselle. Le systĂšme de communication avec le loueur, exclusivement par messagerie, n'est pas trĂšs pratique, car il ne s'agit pas d'une messagerie instantanĂ©e. Nous avons eu des difficultĂ©s pour ouvrir la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble et il a fallu qu'on se dĂ©brouille en attendant que l'agence nous envoie le digicode.
