We love the Teatro Mirò for the impression of quietness, comfort and welcoming place that you will immediately feel passing the door of the apartment.

Located on the fourth floor, the flat is perfect for 5 people.

The main room consist in a bright kitchen that is open to the living room and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and all the necessary to cook. The apartmentis modern, sunny and cosy with a little balcony. where a wooden table will be your favorit spot for your morning coffee with view on the cliff.

The master bedrooms has a large double bed and many storage.

The second bedroom, perfect for children, has trundle bed to give the feeling of warm cocoon.

Two more people can sleep in the living room on the sofa and will be perfectly comfortable.

The bathroom has shower and is very modern.

The internet, A/C and heating is also incuded in our prestation, and are pluses that will contribute to the success of your holiday in Teatro Mirò.

Plaza España / Poble Sec neighborhood is an ideal area in Barcelona for several reasons. You are in a quiet, green and cultural area of the city with the Greek Theater close by the Mirò Fundation in the Montjuic cliff. You can enjoy the show of the magic fountains at 10 min walking from the apartment, an activity you don't want to miss during your stay in Barcelona. If you come for business, you are right next to the Fira who organizes some of the most important congresses in Europe. Finally, the area is well served by public transport, Aerobus, Metro lines, 4 stations from Plaza Cataluña, 3 from Las Ramblas.





-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.








Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.Barcelona city tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
