The Perfect Balcony Apartment

The property dates back to 1700 and is reputedly the place where Picasso lived during his years studying at his father's college nearby.
The building is situated in one of the most fashionable areas​ within Barcelona El Born. with many historical sites around including the famous Church of the sea, Santa​ Maria del Mar​ which is just around the corner.
It is on the third floor giving it amazing views over the city, and a great deal of natural light. the ceiling has its original large raw cut oak beams, making you feel like a step back in time.
The apartment comprises the master room with a king bed, dining table with two chairs, large comfy sofa , as well as other small pieces to make your stay comfortable, we supply you with towels, iron, hairdryer etc, all you need is your suitcase.
It has a very well equipped​​ kitchen, wooden units, sink, Electric Hob​​, Oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom is large partly tiled complete with a power shower instaled, etc​.
There are​ storage spaces​ and a large wardrobe for all your​ needs.
Apart from the history,​ and stories this apartment has to offer, it has a clean and fresh staircase​ from the street, the oak entrance door is as old as the building and has many a story to tell, it leads from​ a small square​ where​ you have a friendly cafe,​ as for the rest of El Born, one of the most fashionable​ areas in the city, you can find many cafes and bars and lots of shopping with boutique shops all around.
We are a ​ 20 min walk to the famous beaches of Barcelona​, as well as the centre​​ of the city in the other direction, we are also close to public transport metro and bus, plus taxi runs​ a good service around the city.
