The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends.

The apartment is located at "El Camp del l'Arpa del Clot", a typical central neighborhood of Barcelona, which stands out for the 19th century buildings and the wide streets.
The sprawling Parc del Guinardo is within walking distance (15 min), as are Gaudi’s architectural masterpieces Sagrada Familia (20 min) and Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau (7 min).
You will find multiple restaurants and shops surround the apartment.

We have designed and created a stylish space with three plush bedrooms, two double and one single, especially thought for families. Two bathrooms and a spacious living room will make you feel at home. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi, hotel bed linens and towels, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle, among many other amenities
Just 2 minutes away from Camp de l'Arpa metro station, with direct and easy access to Sagrada Familia, Sants Station, Camp Nou stadium and downtown Barcelona.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
-Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
