Great location - near restaurants and shops - fantastic for all of us. Walkable and safe. Not a lot of extras. The toilet was broken - they took care of it right away, which was good. TV also did not work. Towel heaters in bathrooms were lovely, and the beds were comfy. Small bathrooms could use a shelf. Overall I would recommend and you will be comfortable.

Property owner was great to deal with and allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient for us. Very spacious and great spot for a family. Fantastic Russian restaurant down the street with the best food we had in Barcelona during our 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we only found it our last night there.

Great location, responsive host

Unit in secure building with elevator. Centrally located. Minimal street noise. Host responded quickly to requests. Of note, no AC, might be a problem in summer.

Lovely and spacious!

We had a dance company of seven people staying here, and with the four bedrooms and two family rooms (with pullout couches) we only had two people that had to share rooms! Add in four bathrooms and this was VERY comfortable. Not to mention that the Eixample area has it all: great restaurants and bars, proximity to almost everything BCN has to offer and enough away from the Rambla that it isn't noisy when you sleep! Finally, for any LGBTQIA+ travelers, note that this is THE queer neighborhood of Barcelona!

Great location, disappointing accommodations

This was the perfect sized apartment for two families--a total of 9 people. The space is essentially two apartments mirroring each other. With this many people, the number of bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful! But the overall cleanliness of the apartment was very disappointing. At check-in the apartment had been cleaned, but it felt like it was just a surface cleaning. The linens were obviously changed, but the bathrooms, kitchens, and floors didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, and all bathrooms had an intense sewer smell. Additionally, throughout the apartment many walls were dirty, showing scuff marks and stains, and there were many items needing repair--a broken lamp in one of the living rooms, a taped-up window in one of the bedrooms, a shelf missing in one of the refrigerators, a non-working television cable, to name a few. Although the apartment is spacious and located in an amazing neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies, etc., for the price you are paying to stay here, it would only seem reasonable that the apartment is in great shape, and this one was not. That being said, communication with the host/management was great from start to finish, which was always appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying in this apartment, if it is cleaned up and repaired.

Great Apartment and Location!

My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! Great location, spacious and awesome balconies! The communication with the host was also easy as well as the check-in process. Would love to stay here again!

Esperienza meravigliosa, appartamento comodo,pulito, non lontano dal centro, tutto facilmente percorribile a piedi, personale gentile e disponibile. Noi eravamo in 9 e se dovessimo tornare non esiteremmo a contattare la struttura. Direi tutto eccellente.
