The first floor is superb! big restaurant and bar/clean/spacious etc. the rooms are fine but just a little dated. I felt a little unsafe arriving at night, not the hotels fault just the area it is in. But all was well and security in the car park was reassuring

Baseball Trip

The check in staff were great! My boys had a great conversation with the maintainer man about baseball. Everything in the room was in working order and nice and clean.

Hotel and room was good. Bathroom kinda small. Elevator SLOW AF. Also wanted 15 bucks for breakfast when other holiday inns are FREE. No thanks. No hotel breakfast is worth 15 dollars...not sure why it isn't included since we just stayed at another holiday inn near NOLA and that breakfast was included?

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Even though the pool was closed, it was dirty, very nasty. It did not have an indoor pool as advertised. The 2 breakfast servers were rude.
