Laundry scam

Laundry was a straight rip off. I turned laundry in twice and was charged $200+ USD the first time and over $300 the second time. I stayed for 3 weeks. The Voco across the street charged by the kilo which saved you a ton of money, but these guys charge individually per item which was a total rip off in my opinion. Definitely brought the stars down for me. The breakfast was pretty good room was clean but extremely small but it worked all in all wasn’t a bad stay outside of the Laundry issue.

Check in/check out was a breeze. Chose this hotel because of its location. Room size reasonable considering the location. Room layout was well thought. Love the bed. My son loved the overhead bunk bed as he had his own space. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable. The beds are simply perfect. They have a very good restaurant. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience staying at the Yotel Singapore Orchard Road.

It is at the orchard road and very easy to go underground in rainy days. Shops are all around and convenient. Room is really small but has everything you need. Staff are polite and checking in and out is easy. Would definitely come back again.

Interesting hotel, great value in Orchard

This place is a hoot, Pretty futuristic. Located in the heart of Orchard; location is great. Rooms are very small but smartly designed. Great for short time stays. The price is right and probably least expensive hotel in the area.
