The room is small but we have the city view . The staff specifically the front desk who help us to check in is very nice and she allows us to check in early. Location is good close to shopping mall and close to Filipino restaurant located in lucky plaza. Transportation is 5 star close to bus station and you can use your debit card and credit card.

I think it's a very good value hotel, convenient to travel because it's close.MRT NS&CC line. You can easily travel to tourist attractions, the room is clean, the staff is helpful, and it is near Orchard Road, making shopping easy.

This is a great hotel to stay out with good facilities. The rooms are well organised and maintained. Shout out to the house keeping team. I also enjoyed the breakfast plus indulged in a late night dip in the pool. I didn’t interact with the staff so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Excellent hotel. Clean, well maintained, modern rooms with lovely views. Staff were polite, had smiles on their faces and were accommodating. Stone’s throw away from Ion Orchard, so food and shopping very easy to get to. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

All aspects of the hotel are fine, but you are getting a very small room in which you will be crashing into anyone else staying with you. If you can live with the fact that only one person can move around at a time, and you will sometimes find it hard to find a spot to put your stuff on (besides the bed), this is a great place to stay. For me, the great central location, and usually a reasonable piece (for Singapore) make up for the shortcomings. I will stay there again.
