Once we arrived, the front desk staff made a comment about a problem with our room. He left the desk to go up to our room and check. Came down, checked us in. We got an accessible room (we booked a standard) which it was good in having space in the bathroom but there were dents and marks all around the doors and walls that were just painted over them. The room smelled. Breakfast was good (loved the cheese omelettes) but it was chaotic since there were a lot of families with kids that looked like they were traveling for a tournament/sports.

Other than the wear and tear of this hotel, the only knock that I give it is that there was a sitting area with a couch in our room, which I would have loved to use, but there was no lamp. The lighting was actually very poor throughout the room and the room was just dark. The hotel staff were friendly and the area was close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was good except for the bed being dirty, there was hairs on the sheets so that ruined everything. The front desk was very kind and we checked in close to 10pm. The AC was a bit ghetto and was sitting on wooden palette.

I had booked two queen bed suite, but they gave that room to someone else. They did not make up for that. I had to wait for 30 mins before getting regular two queen bed room. I did not get any refund. The stay otherwise was good and breakfast was good.
