I had booked two queen bed suite, but they gave that room to someone else. They did not make up for that. I had to wait for 30 mins before getting regular two queen bed room. I did not get any refund. The stay otherwise was good and breakfast was good.

Very clean comfortable beds very nice place Our bathroom door handle didn't work wouldn't keep the door closed and couldn't be locked, since we were all adults no problem at least we know to knock on doors

Night staff rep. was exceptional and very accommodating. The AC was hard to operate. the temperature lights did not illuminate and I had to reset the plug-in at the socket often for it to turn on.

Rooms are serviceable. Sheets were clean and bed was mostly comfortable. However most lamps didnt work and there was an annoying led strip we couldnt turn off to sleep. The building is absolutely not smoke free as you can smell tobacco and other substances coming from rooms, along with burn marks on the carpet and lounge chairs. The surrounding area has ample dining opportunities but I dont reccomend going out once the sun goes down due to unsavory individuals hanging around the parking lot. Overall unremarkable and you can probably find something safer.
