It was very clean, the staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was satisfying, convenient onsite parking. I can't think of any negatives. It was a pleasant stay.

Disappointed

Stayed because I was moving my daughter from Chicago to LSU and wanted to be close to move all her belongings. The hallways and breakfast area were so cold. We could not have breakfast downstairs had to go to our room. No heat, even receptionist had a portable heater for them. Food was not the best on top of having to pay extra for this. Dry sausage, eggs too much pepper (instead slow y people to put eggs they want), not many healthy choices. In my room the bathroom vent didn’t work. I called and they never came up just told me on the phone it did work. The bathroom mirror was foggy every time I showered so obviously it didn’t work.

We stopped at the Cook hotel and conference center on our road trip from Houston to New Orleans. The hotel is well located, in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood, in fact on LSU campus. The hotel is very clean, the team is friendly, the breakfast is nice. Overall our stay was perfect! Thanks
