Disappointed no bath tub in hi end room.We had an up grade room ,called king size signiature.

Thank you for you feedback, we do have signature king rooms with bathrooms, however it could have been a case that they had been already allocated or specifically requested by guests. I am sorry that this impacted on your stay but I do appreciate your feedback.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Killarney

Pros: The pool was open to kids at all times. Great choice for breakfast and really fresh.
Location: Killarney is a 5 minute walk with a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kenmare is a lovely village well worth a visit.
This is a really nice hotel - perfect if you want a relaxing weekend in Killarney. You are near to everything and you have the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The leisure centre is lovely and kids are welcome to use the pool at all times. There was a great selection for breakfast and everything was cooked fresh to order. There was a lovely drawing room for relaxation with a selection of magazines. The weather was nice so we could sit outside and enjoy the view.

Hotel could do with a general update re paint and carpet...the staff were outstanding .would stay here again
