Very average stay. You can tell the rooms haven't been updated in a while (lumpy pillows, tiles that move under your feet, regrouting needed, etc.), but still a nice place and conveniently located by the water. I'd suggest a double layer of curtains to help with the sun shining through in the morning. We stayed during nonpeak season, so the price was worth what we received.
