The hotel staff were fantastic and tried their best to sort out Expedia’s mess. I booked a room with Austin Suites in October 2024 and this was cancelled in April 2025. After a lengthy discussion on telephone with Expedia I was rebooked into Four Points into a twin room. At no point was it mentioned to me that that meant bunk beds. I am slightly disabled and my daughter who is 47 was also in a very difficult position to climb up onto the top bunk. As Cardiff was extremely busy on Saturday 29 November 2025 it was impossible to move immediately and when trying to get down from the bunk my daughter fell and hurt her back. We booked out on Sunday morning and moved to another hotel at our extra cost. At no point was I offered a refund on the less cost of the Four Points from the Austin Suites and was told at the hotel the cost of the night would have been just £70. I paid I believe over €260 for the 2 nights. I expect a full refund immediately. Thank you

The staff. It is located next to Cardiff Central train station. It is walkable to a lot of tourist spots like, Cardiff Castle, Christmas Market, Cardiff Market, St. David’s Shopping Mall and St. John the Baptist Church to name a few.
