I’ve stayed in most Newport Hotels and this is the only one I absolutely wont return to. I am not a light sleeper but the noise coming from the factory across the road of lorries driving forwards then reversing until around 4 am was unbelievable. I may as well have pitched a tent next to the M4.

Very nice hotel, easy to locate, perfect for my stay in Newport and would stay again. Be nice if it had the Europa Cup Final on the TV but was given help on watching the game on You Tube on my laptop, meal was nice

What a great place, one of the best we have been to in UK and we have tried a few. Staff were fantastic, one even finding my wallet I had dropped on way to breakfast and wouldn't accept a tip (Josh) and a very helpful man called Robert. Great breakfast (Included) great rooms!! (Only thing that I could mention that was not excellent and it's not a Biggy, is they need a light on the key pad on the exit to the car park, as cant see the button numbers) Other than that fantastic and will be using again!

Nice hotel at bargain price

The room is clean and tidy and quite spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Bed and breakfast

Camp bed was uncomfortable, not good for the back! Breakfast was quite basic but ok. Staff were lovely and friendly :-)

Good hotel.

Good hotel. Neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free and ample parking. Breakfast has limited options though. Otherwise all good.
