Charming historic inn. Comfortable and welcoming. A brief walk to the main shopping/eating section of town. Easy parking provided. Excellent light breakfast. Well worth the price.

Phenomenal check in! We were in a pinch for parking, and the front desk attendee , helped us out immensely. Very courteous and very professional. Our room was beautiful, appointed with period architecture. The only drawback I would note was the television was “standard definition“, it’s hard to get used to that after seeing high definition for many years. 😵‍💫 Wonderful experience —if we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely come back here.

Staff was courteous and lobby and first floor of hotel were nice. Unfortunately, while we had a large room on the 2nd floor in the main inn, the floors in our room were dirty and the furniture very old and scratched. The couch had stains on it and the bathtub was dirty. Would stay in a more modern room if stayed again.

We were unfortunately not in the main inn , but instead were given a room in the carriage house out back and up two flights of stairs. It was a cold night and the room was very drafty. You can actually see daylight around the sides of the doors. The floors were very dirty and could stand a deep cleaning. They were so dusty under the bed that I could not stow my luggage there. Breakfast was sparse and just adequate. The inn itself is very nice and the location is wonderful as it is located right in town and you can walk everywhere easily. Would choose another option however next time we visit the area.

The property is charming but the bathroom has some mold. There was paper stuffed in a crack of the bathroom window. There was a very bright light outside the room. The blinds did not block the light so sleep wasn't the best. There are stairs to get to the room I was in and the clerk did not offer to help with bags up the stairs.
