Really great service - staff went out of their way to spoil me for my birthday and arrived to find a beautifully handwritten note and a cake in my room. The floor staff (i think the ladys name was Maria) was particularly helpful and personally came up to me at breakfast to wish me too. Can highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Debby at Check-in, Li at the Concierge Desk, and Zoe in Guest Services all went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Great location, about a 5-7 minute walk to Chaoyangmen Subway Station.
