loved that they allowed early check in with no issues/pushback.. front receptionist staff were all so helpful and accommodating to the best they can.. the room was nice, spacious, but the AC in the room wasn't functioning well so it was warm we had to open the windows, which was best and worked out very well. breakfast was a lot, felt like a buffet with leftovers. we were disappointed they didn't offer airport shuttle as listed to be an option, so definitely false advertisement. we did love that there was a starbx across the way! wouldn't recommend the hotel for a next time.
