The room was very comfortable and clean. Well packed with all the amenities you might need and even free snacks! There was room cleaning every day, the cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite. They also had free laundry service which was super useful. The reception staff were very helpful and kind , they helped us with all the needed reservations to the attractions! The breakfast was great, with a variety of food everyday, and the breakfast ladies were super sweet and serviceable! If we ever get the chance to come back to Beijing we would definitely stay here again!!!!reservations

The location is great for good food and tourism. The beds were comfortable and changed daily. We felt right at home. There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking.

I’m giving the hotel a 5 star rating for their hospitality and responsiveness. There were many freebies in the room and delicious breakfast, and the staff even installed a safe bed rail since my baby was traveling with us. Unfortunately the bed was still a bit small for our family of three, and the hotel was very kind to allow us an early checkout and refund us for the remaining evenings. The five star review reflects the hotel’s responsiveness and willingness to work with their guests.

The room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. It is tucked into a neighborhood so a little tricky at first to get to but close to the bus stop and a little walk more to the metro.

the hotel is located inside deep and it is difficult to drive there, plus espedia did not provide detail booking information for reservation. I booked for two double bed, it turns out to be one double bed call super double. I won't come back again

There was a really good Texas barbecue restaurant right next to the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The beer was incredible and probably some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had much better than 90% of the places I been even in Texas. The hotel staff was friendly. And a short walk to the main street are plenty of dining options as well as other shops for any essential items you might need.

Breakfast was a magnificent perk of staying here. For anyone planning to stay at this hotel, it’s just a little farther down the street than you might initially think, but everything built around it is also very much worth checking out.

This main picture is a bit misleading - this is the courtyard. Small hotel off a very narrow alleyway. Half our taxis were willing to venture all the way to the hotel. Just a short walk either way to busy streets, but was not expecting that. Staff was very friendly and tried to communicate with us. Breakfast was delicious. Room is very small but I hear that is typical for the area.

the location is prime. You can feel safe too. The hotel has so much potential, but evrything seems to be so old. the bedroom is so outdated, but clean. However the corridor and elevator are so old and smell bad. for the price is okay.

One night stay - very happy

Check-in went very well. Staff was super helpful. I asked many small questions about things like currency exchange, food, delivery, etc.. and they were very very helpful. Breakfast had a good mix of food. I had forgotten about seeing showers as a closed-in space within a single room, but this was the only oddity that I found. My driver would not go down the narrow road to the hotel, but it was a short and easy walk down the narrow Road to number 46. Food options in the courtyard outside were also excellent. Had a beer and aFood options in the courtyard outside we’re also excellent. Had a beer and a burger and was very happy.
