I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms are small and the bed was very hard. The breakfast seemed ok, but I couldn't eat it due to my Celiac disease.

Wrong address from the one (Phoenix hotel) in the homepage, different hotel name, and not clean, The person in the lobby could not speak English at all.

Overall good

The hotel staff were very helpful even though they had to use their phone english dictionary in order to communicate. It was a quiet area. 4-5 min walk from a subway station named Guanzhayng. Buffet style breakfast and in the evenings buffet meals. The menus almost did not change. A small shop selling drinks and snacks near the hotel entrance. In the neighboring building there was a swimming pool. The hotel is a 6 story building. Even though it is not new they could do better with cleaning specially with cleaning with vacuum cleaning. Our room was a nonsmoking one, but had a bit of smell. From Bejing airport terminal 2, it costed about 90 yuan by a taxi including a high way toll fee. The hotel name sign in front was in chinese letters not Phoenix Tree. so upon arrival we had to ask if it was the hotel we had made a reservation. Its name was "King Phoenix Tree hotel" or "KingWu Tong hotel" in the room card key. We thank Ghang Chao and other staff for helping our stay good. Overall we had a good stay there.

コストに見合ったホテル（ホテルの立地に注意！）

値段相応のホテルですが、意外に地下鉄の駅にも近く（徒歩5分くらい）便利でした。 近くにコンビニやスーパーは無いですが、ホテル内の売店で、軽食、ビール、たばこ等は買えます。 一点だけ、注意したいのは、エクスペディアの地図の情報は、大きく違っており、地図を頼りに現地に行ったら、ホテルがなく途方にくれました。 現地言語でのホテル名は、「金梧桐賓館」です。住所は「朝阳区北苑路86号嘉铭一区2号」で、タクシー等に伝えると良いと思います。

洗練されてはいないけど、落ち着いた良いホテル

日本語は通じず最新設備などはないけれど、落ち着いた居心地の良いホテルです。 エレベーターで客室に行くときはカードキーを通さなければボタンが押せない方式で、安全性もあり。 1Fロビー横に、コンビニ（個人商店？）があり、冷えた缶ビール（1本4元）やポテトチップス、菓子等を 売っているので、小腹空いた時でも安心です。
