Bon rapport qualité prix

Mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, en progression constante, de nettes améliorations. Le personnel est hyper sympa, les chambres tout à fait convenables. Emplacement pas vraiment idéal sauf pour bon marcheur, car le premier métro est à 800 mètres. Prévoir un mini routeur car le Wi Fi n'est pas accessible dans toutes les chambres sauf en connectant un mini routeur sur la prise murale. Je recommande volontiers.

Kun varaus ei toimi

Olin varannut ja maksanut matkan syyskuussa. Saapuessani hotelliin marraskuun viimeisenä päivänä oli yllätys suuri koska minulle ei ollutkaan economy-luokan huonetta,kuten olin varannut. Saamani huone oli mielestäni ns. second hand -huone, joka täytti matkustajakoti-tason kriteerit. Mutta minkä teet? Jokin loukko kuitenkin piti saada, joten otin sen. Puheet kompensaatiosta kaikuivat kuuroille tai "kieltä ymmärtämättömille" korville.Olen etsinyt ko. huonetta hotellin prosyyreistä,mutta sitä ei niissä ole!!! Esim, baarikaappi on ollut pesemättä vuosia, samoin maalaus oli jäänyt kesken. Kylpyhuone olisi pitänyt remontoida vuosia sitten... Kaike tämän olen dukumentoinut kameralla. Mielestäni minulle kuuluisi kuitenkin jonkinlainen kompensaatio... Henkilökunta toimi tietenkin ohjeittensa mukaan ollen koko ajan hyvin ystävällisiä ja auttavia. Tapahtuneelle he eivät tietenkään voineet mitään.

AVOID

Apart location near major sightseeing of Beijing, I don't see any positive point to this hotel. Room and restaurant not clean, internet access so slow it was impossible to do anything, So avoid

floor/carpet was very dirty, shower very dirty

well, first positive. location is quite close to tian'anmen. room size good. at least bed clean. negative: floor very dirty, shower dirty, room change not possible according personal. maybe summarize the very dirty things: smoke detector, shower, fans in bath, wall. I had an upgrade book, hm, so there are also cheaper room :(. I travel now 3 weeks in china, never 3 star, sorry. had better 2 star so far. and the offered ticket was never handed to me. even the so call dsl-internet more slowly than mobile with GPRS. staff not really willing to speak english. can not recommend this hotel to anyone really.

Dårlig valg.

Første inntrykket var bra, men det holdt ikke hva det lovte I annonsen. Slitt, og jeg matte be de om å byte håndklær. Internet fungerte dårlig. Kuttet ofte ut. Air condition virket ikke. Det meste var på kinesiskt, Meny I restauranten var kun på Kinesiskt. Personalet var generelt sett dårlig I engelsk. De gjorde hva de kunne for å hjelpe. Totalt sett så var det veldig dårlig. Det skal sies at betjeningen stort sett var blide og hyggelige. De tok betalt for det meste. Skal man ha en hyggelig opplevelse, styr klar av dette hotellet.

Redwall Hotel

Henkilökunta osasi vähän englantia, mutta keskustelu heidän kanssaan oli aika hankalaa ajoittain. Esimerkiksi kun huomasimme huoneen mini jääkaapin olevan epäkunnossa ja asian kävimme selvällä englannilla selostamassa henkilökunnalle(jääkaappi ei ole kylmä), jolloin kanssamme asioinut herra naurahti ja selosti ettei kyseisn kaapin kuulukkaan "pakastaa". Mutta kuitenkin lopulta ymmärsi pointtimme, kun kerroimme kaapin olevan lämpimämpi kuin huoneemme. Pian tultiinkin jääkaappi vaihtamassa toimivaan versioon. Huone oli aikamoinen järkytys ensi näkemältä; tapetit repsottivat, likainen kokolattia matto jne. Kuitenkin sängyssä oli aina vaihdettuna puhtaat lakanat, vedenkeitin ja muut hotellin normaalit tykötarpeet. Huomasimme että muuallakin hotellissa sisusteet hieman repsotti, joka ei enää muutaman päivän olon jälkeen vaivannut silmää. Kyseinen hotelli tuntui sopivan enemmän muutaman yön paikaksi, kun muutaman viikon. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava ja ensimmäisinä päivinä pääsikin kätevästi tutustumaan rauhassa kiellettyyn kaupunkiin ja puistoihin, jotka olivat aivan vieressä. Kävellen pääsi helposti metro-asemalle, muutamiin ostoskeskuksiin, ravintoloihin, kahviloihin ja hotellin aivan vieressä toimi 2x 24h ruokakauppaa. Muutaman kerran kokeilimme myös hotellin aamupala tarjoilua, joka oli perinteinen ja lisänä löytyi tavallisia englantilais aamupala vaihtoehtojakin. Hotellin aulassa toimi matkatoimisto, jonka kautta sai kätevästi varattua reissuja suosittuihin kohteisiin(itse käytimme kyseistä palvelua vain kerran kiinan muurile pääsyyn). Reissuun kuului kyydit minibussilla, englannin kielinen opas(osasi vähän paremmin eng. kun hotellin työntekijät), lounas jne. Muureille olisi tietenkin päässyt myös julkisella liikenteellä itse ensin metrolla, jonka jälkeen olisi pitänyt vaihtaa bussiin päästäkseen kohteeseen. Metrolla kuljimme paljon eri paikkoihin, oli erittäin helppo käyttää. Kuitenkaan metroaseman työntekijät eivät puhuneet ollenkaan englantia, joten käytimme kertakäyttöisiä metrolippuja(n.20snt matka, jonka aikana sai vahtaa myös metroa niin paljon kun mieli) useamman päivän lipun sijaan. Lipun ostettua sai matkakortin, jolla pääsi sisään metro käytävään ja määränpäähän päästyä kortti syötettiin ulospääsy portti koneeseen(jonka jälkeen kortti jäi metroasemalle). Opasteita oli helppo lukea, vaikkeivat olleetkaan aina englanniksi. Ennen lipunmyyntiä piti mennä turvatarkastuksen läpi, jossa reput ja kassit läpivalaistiin sekä juomat tutkittiin koneella(palavien nesteiden varalta). Itse olen vaalea hiuksinen nuori nainen ja mieheni on pitkä, joten saimme paljon huomiota osaksemme hotellilla ja muissa julkisissa paikoissa. Julkisilla paikoilla meitä mm. osoiteltiin ja otettiin salakuvia, joka oli hieman häiritsevää(mutta ajan myötä osasi olla välittämättä asiasta).

Gute Lage, schlechter Service

Das Redwall Hotel ist ein typisch chinesisches Hotel, ausgesattet nach chinesischem Standard. (viel Kitsch, wenig Komfort, kaum Service) Das Personal war schon bei der Ankunft unfreundlich und vorwurfsvoll. Uns wurde zuerst ein Zimmer im Keller, ohne Fenster!!!! angeboten. Nach viel hin und her haben wir doch ein Zimmer im 2. Stock bekommen. Das Bett war ok und sauber, jedoch der Teppisch total verschmutzt. Frühstück ein absolutes no-go! Fazit: investier lieber ein bischen mehr, damit man ein gescheites Hotel buchen kann, z.B. eine Kette wie Marriott oder Hilton, es lohnt sich!

Bon rapport qualité prix

L'hotel est bien situé, juste derrière la Cité Interdite. L'hotel aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement, surtout au niveau de la moquette. Le personnel était très serviable, le restauarnt pour le PDJ était mal chauffé.
