The cleanliness and food were excellent, and the staff at the kids' area were amazing, providing a great experience for my family. I also appreciated the good options available for children. Worst Vacation Ever – Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful — no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property including being very well-maintained. We appreciated the close attention of the front desk staff. Being sea front is also a big plus. We also really liked the comfort of our room. On the other side, there are a couple things that need to be fixed/ revisited: The food quality and diversity should be improved. All those cats within the hotel should be removed. The restaurant staff should offer a warm welcome to all guests at the time of entry and exit. And finally, there should be a fast food restaurant serving food between lunch and dinner time.
