This hotel is always great, but they just renovated it and it got even better, which I didn’t think was possible. Most importantly the staff is always friendly and welcoming, along with being helpful. Gotta give a special mention to Ms Sena from the kids. Made the vacation even more fun for my child. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here 5 days from 9 may - 14 may. Lovely hotel, refurbished and facilities are fantastic. Definitely 5 star facilities - great pools, great beach side bar , sun bathing area. How we, service levels are pretty poor. As a solo traveller they didn’t really cater for me at all. Left at restaurants for 20 mins + to order , room was not cleaned one day until requested, on arrival the hotel dont make it clear you cannot charge food, drinks to your room so you have to carry cash or cards everywhere. Or, you pay them £100 per night as a “deposit” it’s not exactly 5 star service. The restaurants also cater for external “locals” over guests which again is annoying given you’re paying a premium to stay there. Not one I’d revisit in all honesty but a really lovely hotel, just lacking in key areas like service and customer centricity , which for a 5 star hotel is pretty important .

⸻ I’ve been staying at Akra Hotel Antalya for nearly a month and would like to share my experience. The Guest Relations team is the strongest part of the hotel — warm, attentive, solution-oriented, and highly professional. They act swiftly without being caught up in rigid procedures, which creates genuine comfort. Special thanks to EGE, MERVE, ATIYE, ORHON, POLINA, and BERKE — each one of them is outstanding. The Main Restaurant is another highlight, offering a feast every day. As someone following a fitness diet, I deeply appreciate Chef HARUN for his attentive support and world-class professionalism. Chef OSMAN is equally warm and skilled. Thanks to Chef HASAN at breakfast and to CEREN at the entrance — she gets a 10/10 :) Grateful also to NUH, KAAN, and FEVZI for their support, and to MURAT CAKI at reception for his consistent professionalism and care. In the Fitness Center, both BATUHAN and TARIK are engaged and genuinely connect with guests. In the SPA, thanks to MEHMET and the kind lady with short hair whose name I don’t know. thanks to EYLÜL Lobby Bar for her kind service. Areas that need attention: Security is weak — staff access is too open. Landscaping and guest-only spa areas lack order and essentials. The Concierge service is unfortunately one of the weakest points, often inattentive and disconnected from guest needs. Top performers: Guest Relations, Main Restaurant, Reception, and Fitness. Areas needing improvement: Security, Landscapin, SPA, and Concierge.

AKRA Antalya – Simply Incredible!

My family recently stayed at AKRA Antalya and it was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was mind-blowing — waking up to the stunning turquoise Mediterranean Sea every morning was pure magic. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Need recommendation ? Book Sky Loft rooms with sea view. You will be surprised! What truly made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Now let’s talk about the food — it was incredible! Whether it was dinner at the restaurants or room service, every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. And the breakfast? Beyond generous. A huge variety of fresh, high-quality options — from traditional Turkish items to international favorites — served with that unbeatable view. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big, the bathroom also big and modern, the view is very beautiful but I was disapointed about the view from my room, first I received a room that was in the corner at the building was like partialy sea view, I was at the reception and I received another room but only a little bit better because there wasn't front view. I recommend d the hotel but I will not come again.

The Art of Hospitality, Perfected in Antalya As part of my world tour, I chose to rest in Antalya one of the few places with perfect weather alongside Cape Town and Dubai. It turned out to be one of my greatest travel discoveries. Akra Hotel, recently renovated from top to bottom, is simply outstanding. The owner deserves deep respect generous, refined, and truly ethical. He treats his team with dignity, and it shows. The atmosphere is calm yet alive, and the staff reflect a rare harmony of professionalism and joy. The main kitchen is another masterpiece. Nothing is spared I’ve seen ingredients worth over $100 per kilo served effortlessly. Every dinner feels like a celebration, prepared by world-class chefs. And the view… just magnificent. You gaze over the Mediterranean and the Taurus Mountains, even on cloudy days it’s breathtaking. The air is clean, fresh, full of life. Special thanks to Murat and Mehmet at the front desk kind, helpful, sincere. Guest relations is dynamic and growing stronger by the day. The fitness center is clearly the result it’s a beautifully designed and fully equipped space. However, cleanliness could be improved to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. I would also like to extend my special thank to Tarik :) In my eyes, this is a boutique 5-star hotel that deserves at least a 9.6 rating. A place of elegance, soul, and substance. I’m deeply grateful I found it — and I’m staying longer to truly enjoy it

My Stay at Akra Hotel Antalya I stayed at Akra Hotel Antalya for a period of rest and relaxation. Although the hotel had recently opened, it was swiftly completing any minor deficiencies with remarkable efficiency.
