Revamp

Place needs a revamp ,chairs in public area are pass there sell by date ,bathrooms need renovation,bedroom ok but carpets needs cleaning.food was good ,other small things like no toilet roll in bedroom .a 3 star hotel at best ,would not stay here again. best thing about this hotel were the staff and location

Best hotel for Belfast City Centre

Stayed one night as we were going to a gig at The Limelight Club across the road. Location was ideal for this. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the whole hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Nice bar area with additional seating outside. Rooms were comfortable but a possible upgrade to bathroom fixtures and fittings at some point would be good. Everywhere clean and tidy. Breakfast had a range of options and wass tasty and fresh.

One night stay - overall happy.

The staff were lovely and helpful, very nicely located, nice vibes. Would stay again for a one night stay. The only faults were that there was 1 bath towel for 2 people, I had to order more towels. There wasnt any issue doing that but maybe more attention to detail is required. 2 guests, 2 towels. There was also no fan working in the bathroom which led to the whole place steaming up and couldn't clear it. There was a docking station/speaker on the bedside locker that was quite dusty and dirty looking. The bedside locker also had a chunk out of it. But otherwise, we were happy with the stay.

Improving 21st century .

My stay was good but your range of Gluten Free food for Breakfast and evening meals is not good you could use GF sausages and the range of Breakfast cereal is poor. Also No GF Peroni drink . Apart from that all was good.

Very close to town and rooms ok Staff very nice but those servicing rooms a bit lapse in areas, cups not cleaned or replaced, towels not replaced ,tea etc. but reception did respond quickly .
