The front desk staff member who checked me and my partner in was very miserable. Not welcoming at all. No smile. No conversation. Was not impressed. Felt very uncomfortable. He was not helpful at all. Found him very rude and dismissive. Was not a great start to our stay.

Alarms going off in our room 4 times, wall sockets disconnect Breakfast cue was over 30 mis disorganised and shambolic Children allowed to run around and shout appeared unsupervised So much so we spent no social time in the hotel Staff did move us room and discounted car park We would never go back to the hotel
