Every Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at has always had great employees. Belfast in particular, the continental breakfast and area are always clean, tables wiped, staff clear tables for clients. They give people plenty of time for breakfast even when people eat passed 10am.

The location of the hotel is not difficult to locate. The attitude of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed mattress and beddings were comfortable enough. But I did find dust and the little teaspoons were not clean.

Hotel was great, I personally found the beds to be too soft and hard on my back. I would prefer a firmer mattress. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. Uber to town was $9 pounds.
