It was a decent stay we had no issues with the hotel it was lovely and clean and the staff where lovely and very welcoming and helpful it was a little out of the way and Google maps kept sending us to the other holiday inn which is annoying when it’s midnight about trying to get back , yes we did put express at the end , but again that’s not down to the hotel just double check if visiting and trying to navigate, very little sleep due to noise of laundry delivery person outside very early but I am a light sleeper and before that students but the area is known for it and we had to keep the window open due to the heat but overall not a bad stay

The hotel was in university district. Liked the closeness to everything. Wifi was glitching and at one point stopped working when we needed it most. Not the fault of hotel. But only part that was annoying.

Standard tourist hotel. Friendly staff and usual good facilities but we were woken up at 1am by a hen party coming in and continuing their celebrations in the rooms opposite and next door to ours. As we checked in the staff member told us to ring reception if we needed to at any time and afterwards we worked out why! We were moved to a quiet room the following morning. We were lucky that there was a spare room. I knew Belfast would be a party destination but thought this location might not attract party people as it is a bit outside of the city centre. I was wrong.

Trouble checking in - manager couldn’t program room key - took some time - phone call in the middle of the night checking on us which they denied doing even though they asked for me by name - was able to get late check out but only signing up for there preferred guest . Check out was now at 2pm went breakfast came back at noon and room card didn’t work had to go back down to desk to fix. Took 2 people to figure out - overall ok but good be better
