Rooms were modern, and quite comfortable, the veiw out of the room wasint all that,old rundown terraced houses! The reception was welcoming, and staff were quite attendative, had a nice stay.

Great location, clean and tidy. Staff nice Breakfast was good, plenty of options hotel was quiet, slept well.

As good as expected for the star rating. Both of us are vegan and we were able to eat from the buffet breakfast on offer. General condition of room I'd give 8 out of 10 eg. the led lightstrip under the sink was hanging down, the tap hits the sink, there is another guest's boxer shorts left behind on the top shelf above the hanging storage, we asked for an extra blanket, and a duvet was supplied with superficial stains. The coffee cup I used at buffet breakfast had lipstick on it, and during breakfast time the toilets in the cubicals were disgusting (no the staffs fault, as they haven't been cleaned yet).
