Lovely atmosphere at this hotel with fantastic breakfast options. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and of a really good size. The only downside was no water in the room which is a bit unusual. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable hotel in city centre location. There is no parking available other than at a multi-storey and you will have to pay (at a slightly discounted rate) and walk. Staff are great. Bar area is lovely. Bathroom decor needs updated in places.

The staff were very nice and helpful and the food on the first evening was lovely and fresh and the server was amazing. Aesthetically pleasing a nice environment. Pitfalls- big dip in the bed in room 315 and I had to sleep at the bottom the last night but my back is killing and also dirty coma stained glass as side of bed and a weird body odour smell from the cushions. Ordered a veggie breakfast as I’m pescatarian and it came with bacon on when I raised this asked did I want the bacon removing. Kind of defeats the object really so I opted for egg and soldiers(not buttered). BF liked his breakfast. I don’t eat my final meringue there as I wasn’t confident about meat contamination tbh. Nice place but does need some work I think.

1st room the carpet was wet, moved to a smaller room which was set up as a single guest with only 1 towel. 2 calls & 1 request in person at the front desk to get extra towels. Went out for the evening to comeback with no towels. The night porter could only give hand towels. Overall poor service compared to previous stays & will reconsider returning in the future.

Second visit here and wont be back. Bar staff are uninterested and have terrible customer service. Karen at the front reception was lovely though and made us very welcome. She should get a new job where they value great customer service.

Very disappointed. Rooms very dark. Pillows rubbish. Sink plug broken. Won’t drain. Shower handle fell off. Window broken won’t close. Breakfast limited seating. 1hr wait for food. Not a pleasant stay

Nice hotel, great location. Disappointed that staff did not mention on check-in that a physical ticket was required from the associated car park to obtain the hotel negotiated rate, meaning it cost almost €30 instead of £17.50. On checkout when I became aware of this, the hotel offered no solutions or apologies, which was a shame.
