This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The carpet in the common areas is disgusting, and the place smells gross. My shower knobs barely worked, there was a disgusting stain in my sink, and the room had a fairly bad odour. Pillows were not comfortable either. They also messed up my check-in for the second room that I had booked causing me to have to book another room on Expedia only to then discover that the reservation actually was there. So now I have to go through the process of a refund with Expedia. Oh and the common washroom on the lower level looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Overall, shameful.

front desk person had no idea where rooms were located. Hot water in shower was way too hot sometimes and then cool. very dirty outside of first floor doors. One key didn't work.

Get what you pay for a basic no frills hotel to put your head down, cobwebs in the stairwells, key cards never work had to have them reset everyday and pool is NOT heated so cold could not use. Said queen bed but might have been queen size in the 70s

No garbage cans outside or inside the property near reception, elevator!Our desks in room were covered with dust. Towels were clean but worn out.Sofa bed was so uncomfortable even for sitting on.Check in was ling as only one oerson was working and place was extremely busy.

Service was slow, only 1 person available for everything. Hotel needs a refresh, facilities are not updated. Furniture was broken and looking very old.Room was OK for one night , but sofa bed very bad quality and didn't have bedding. There are many new hotels in the area with breakfast included and the same price. I think I would stay here for half the price. Hidden fees that didn't appear when we booked via Expedia were charged. Overall I don't recommend

Building and rooms were clean, staff was friendly. There is one “pub” otherwise you have to leave the hotel for food. Arrived around 7:30 first night was tired, pub was open but loud atmosphere not suited to a long drive. There was nothing to eat in the room and no room service option. Rooms are adequate but tv is old with limited cable channels. Bathroom plumbing is run down, shower faucet is loose, toilet leaks. It was a fine 3* establishment. Nothing wrong with it but not great.

Hotel is in a great location just off the highway and walking distance to homestead marketplace. The rooms are right out of the 90’s and could use some updating. That being said we found them quiet and reasonably priced for what it was.

This was the worst stay i have ever experienced. The room was disgusting. Not cleaned. Room smelt really bad of cigarettes in a no smoking room. The taps in the bathroom were backwards and the plug was on the counter when you open the door it breaks any cord you have plugged in. The bathroom door did not lock, this was room was highly over priced doubled charged for a security deposit. Would not recommended this stay at all. Not even a 1 star rating.
