Second time staying here. Great spacious apartments with everything you need. Pool area is clean and can always get a sunbed. In great location close to beach, bars and restaurants. Woukd stay here gain.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pierre Vacances in Benameldena Spain! The property is situated in a great location, close to many amenities and the seas’ boardwalk where you can walk for miles.

The place was lovely and spacious, staff friendly and attentive. We stayed here with 2 small kids which was a perfect location for a family holiday close to the shops and bus stop. Close to 2 big supermarkets (1 located in the building) I can't fault it! Definitely will use it again

Dirty rooms and very uncomfortable beds

I had stayed here a few years previously and had a great time with a wonderful apartment so when I had the chance to book again, I did so with no hesitation. I wish I hadn't. I had contacted the hotel asking if it was possible to have an apartment with a sea view. I received a reply saying this would incur a cost of $35 payable in cash at the hotel on my arrival. I have never been asked to pay additional costs for a sea view. When I got to the apartment I was appalled to see how dirty it was. The chair was heavily stained, the floors had clumps of hair and dust in all the corners, the outside table had stains on it and the surfaces were covered in dust. The sofa bed was failing apart and the beds in the bedroom would have been far more comfortable if they had been a slab of concrete with a sheet on them. We visited reception during our visit regarding this but nothing was every done. As we were only there for 3 nights we gave up trying to rectify these issues and vowed never to book this hotel again. I emailed the hotel and 4 days later, I have heard nothing back from them.

The building and apartment are in desperate need of an update. The furniture is outdated and dusty. The listing is misleading, as there’s an additional charge for a sea view, which isn’t mentioned upfront. Parking is not included and costs extra per night, contrary to the description. There is no housekeeping, and fresh towels are not provided during the stay. Guests are also expected to clean the apartment before checking out, or they risk a heafty cleaning fee.

This hotel is well located for everything Benalmádena has to offer. We were offered a choice of rooms upon arrival. The rooms could perhaps do with a bit of a refresh, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Our apartment was in good condition, clean, quiet and we had clean sheets and towels during our stay. The pool area was nice and clean. I wish i had requested a pool view apartment though, it would have been nicer than the street view. Not too far a walk to the main street and beach (5- 10 minutes) overall i was pleased with the apartment, all staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments.

Everything you could possibly need in kitchen. Very spacious rooms and balcony. Very clean.Plenty of hangars in wardrobe.Staff helpful. Near beach, supermarket next door, near buses, and local restaurants. On the minus side the bathroom could do with update. The tap on bath was very difficult to change to shower. Should have grab rail on wall to use when having shower. The bed was too hard for me. Could do with a few more sun parasols round pool. Nothing on Tv for British to watch. Didn’t like having to wait for my €200 deposit back. I would definitely go back though as we enjoyed our stay.

Liked the changing of bed linen and towels twice during our 10 day stay. Communication was good and we were notified tge night before that the apartment would be cleaned. The reception was manned and the receptionists had excellent english.

Although the room was perhaps a little tired, the hotel itself was really well located. The sea view from the balcony was spectacular. We were offered a choice of the floor for our room, which was appreciated. There is so much to do locally, with lots of fantastic restaurants and bars locally.

As always, we love staying here. The hotel is well situated in the town. Close to supermarkets, beach, the train station and busses. The front desk staff are very helpful and the new addition of the downstairs supermarket is very convenient. The have just about everything you would need and the prices are as good or cheaper than the nearby food chains.
