Best in Bend

Well appointed on every level! Good linens, and spacious bathrooms, and the kitchen had all we needed. Location perfect for boarders/skiers and we will recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful views - love all the windows.

Close to trails , easy to get in a little morning walk and later get some real exercise on the trails. Wish we could use the hot on the balcony, but clearly states it is not available in the listing so we were not surprised. Very nice accommodations.

Family Getaway

Our family meets in Bend every year for 4 nights. This condo was a great find. You are up in a bluff overlooking the river. The accommodations were wonderful, wonderfully decorated and it is so close to Bend and all activities.

Perfect location

It was a great location for our stay in Bend. Beautiful view of river. We had a chance to use the pool which was nice as well. Some of the floor boards need replacing on the lower deck.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location, had nice amenities and beautiful views of the Deschutes river. We had a few minor issues that needed taken care of during our stay, but Helen took care of them immediately and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorge View Delight

A group of us needed a place to stay in Bend for a wedding event. We wanted three bedrooms with private baths and a good location. The condo was perfect. I loved listening to the river flowing at night with the door open and even though it was over 100 degrees during the day, the nights were cool. There are a lot of stairs to consider as the property entrance is up two flights and the master bedroom is another flight up from the inside. We had a couple of minor issues but the contact always answered and we were able to solve the problems. We enjoyed using the outside deck and were able to see fireworks on the 4th from the deck. The condo was fully equipped in the kitchen and plenty of towels and even pool towels were available. Definitely would go back.

Nice place, nice location, poor management and upkeep

This place is located in a nice location with great views of the Deshutes River. Nothing fancy, it’s your typical grey-washed investor-owned rental with little personality. It was fine for our family vacation. The communication was awful. While booking, the listing wasn’t clear about whether or not internet was provided. My message to the owner went completely unanswered. Upon arrival, none of the bedroom tvs could connect to the internet. I called the local contact and while she called me back a few hours later, she never followed up and the problem was never fixed. I would have taken all this in stride had I not gone back to the reviews and found that many others had been complaining about the exact same things. Poor communication, lack of internet connectivity, ceiling fans and lights and shutters that wouldn’t work. The listing says there’s a spa, and while there is one on the deck, it’s not operational, and what they meant was there’s a community spa. So many little things that added up to frustrations and the sense that the owners have zero interest in responding to customer feedback or keeping their property maintained.

The unit was clean and comfortable, it was large enough for our family of four and our small children to run around. The view from the unit was gorgeous with an excellent location. Short walk to a community playground and hot tub. Short drive to many restaurants and activities.

Beautiful condo!

Gorgeous, clean and spacious condo overlooking the McKenzie River. Close to downtown and Mill District. We stayed there while skiing and the proximity to Mt. Bachelor was perfect! Thank you for arranging the bluebird skies and spectacular snow. Cheers all around!

Our stay at this River Ridge condo was excellent. The property host was engaging and prompt, and the place was clean and comfortable. We; 've visited Mt Bachelor for 20+ years now, and we will keep this unit in our favorites. Thanks again for a great experience. : )

Couples getaway!

Great time with friends- close to the pool and spa- which was quiet, not overly populated, had gorgeous river views, amazing 2+ mile walk loop along the river, and centrally located in bend! Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

But not that well supplied. BBQ was dirty and no cleaners were available. Also, no broom or mop to clean the kitchen floor and minimal cooking supplies. All issues can easily be fixed.

Beautifully Spectacular!

One of the best vacation homes we've stayed. Quite truthfully - the pictures don't convey the quality of this home - both inside and out. The view off the balconies was spectacular. We've been fortunate to visit many places. This city, and this condo were difficult to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Horrible Service - Clean Property

Unfortunately we were given the wrong network and wifi password with our checkin instructions. We could not use any tv’s and or connect our devices. The only contact person we were given info on was out of the country. We first reached out at 6pm when we checked in, and we didn’t hear back until 4:15am the next day. This was due to that contact person being on the other side of the world. Really??!!! Why wouldn’t we have a more local contact person. Absolutely ridiculous. Lastly, the owner changed their wifi network and password and never let the contact person or rental company know to tell those who paid money to rent the property. We have never had such horrible service through VRBO. It’s really unfortunate because it would have been a perfect stay had we had better service. Very disappointed.
