(The Good) Excellent staff very friendly and helpful chef .,with gluten free options for my wife, room was always cleaned and was decent but no fridge with water or drinks, beach is beautiful and cleaned everyday, the food was decent but not a big variety. (The Bad) the buffet lighting needs to be updated makes the food look unappealing, the liquor is probably the worst at a all inclusive I have had, also play the music way too loud at the pool, at night same band plays every night and no other entertainment, not a very organized variety of activities, no water sports at all, some snorkeling at Baha Mar by the rocks and pier

Place was outdated, food was mediocre, some staff were friendly, wasn’t much to do. Full of retired folks, which is great for those looking for relaxation. No children under 14 allowed was the only perk for me, and being next to Baja Mar casino which made up for the missing entertainment and lively vibe.

The food was the worst that we have ever experienced there. The entertainment staff only did something one time the entire day. The rooms were okay but you can hear absolutely everything. Usually we do a day pass every year but this time we rented a room for the night. Unfortunately we won’t be back because of the decline the last several years.

This resort has seen better days. It was quite run down but very clean. The overnight rooms are basic. My room was missing some shower parts and had lots of ants. The sheets are somewhat pilled but the bed was comfortable with an ample amount of pillows. The food was good but nothing spectacular. Highly don’t recommend the ‘specialty’ restaurants. We were there an hour and a half before getting our appetizers and the main course wasn’t worth the time spent there. We didn’t wait for dessert and left after hours of waiting. The resort lives up to its name as there is always an incredible breeze. One glaring problem is the sun lounge chairs. They are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever experienced. We ended up sitting on the sand on the beach over the chairs. You can purchase pads for the chairs but that just seems like it should be included based on the uncomfortably. Overall, the resort was fine for a long weekend stay but overpriced in my opinion.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The property is old and dated. There needs to be more activities and I experienced terrible sinus issues and nosebleeds. My fear is there was mold in my room. Other than that, the beach access is great!

My first trip out of the country and this was a relaxing stay for my mom and I. Loved the Hammocks, Pools, Hot Tub, staff amazing! Amazing food and options, the beach. Oh I must rate 5 star beach keeping so clean. We walked to checkout Goldwynn resort Nextdoor and was disgusted by the mounds of seaweed and hundreds of birds. The salesman tried to get us to come in there for a free lunch but I couldn’t eat seeing how terrible it was on their beach. Casino, Zoo, and more Shops just a 5 min walk from resort to the right out front door of Breezes Resort. I could go on racing but it was really an amazing stay.

Considering it was their off-season, I was very thrown off when I asked for an extra hour to check out and they would not accommodate. I respected what they told me and didn’t not fight them on this. Only to basically be harassed by the cleaning lady, even before my checkout time for housekeeping services for her to flip my room. Mind you, I found her knocking at my door an hour before my checkout time (11am) and told her it was not necessary since I’m checking out in an hour and proceeded to continuously knock at the door at least three times before 11 o’clock as I’m trying to get ready/pack to leave. Upon coming out of the shower, I found my door unlocked and cracked open seeming like the only reason she didn’t walk in is maybe because she realized I was physically coming out of the shower. I immediately close the door, locked it, and added the second protection lock on the door. Got dressed, packed and was out of the room five minutes later than my checkout time. Ironically, the cleaning lady was nowhere to be found once I walked out. I literally was there for one night and since I was leaving, I did not bother to even report this to the front desk. That incident aside staff was very nice but you can tell this place is out dated and needs lots of TLC. Good for college fun but not my top recommendation if I were to go back.
