Villa María is a magnificent neoclassical residence located on the beautiful Mediterranean beachfront of Benicàsim, Spain. Constructed in 1925, this villa is a standout example of the Belle Époque architecture that defines the area, often referred to as the "Valencian Biarritz." Its elegant façade features a central tower with a four-sided pitched roof, ornamental arches, and sculptural details, all set within a lush garden adorned with a pergola with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, heated swimming pool, hot-tub, as well as a sports court for pickleball and basketball. The property spans over 2,000 square meters with 45 meters of beachfront. A quiver of kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and surf boards awaits you.

Inside, Villa María boasts four levels with a total area of around 850 square meters. The interior comprises spacious living areas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, gameroom, gym/yoga room, office, several terraces, and six bedrooms. A central skylight bathes the home in natural light, enhancing its airy ambiance. In 2025, a three year, meticulous restoration was completed that preserves its historic charm while incorporating modern touches.
