Welcome to our home!

This apartment is perfectly equipped to offer you a magnificent experience. It is perfect for families or couples.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, each one with two single beds and 2 bathrooms, one of them complete, with a toilet, bathtub and bidet and the other one with a shower and toilet.

The living room opens onto the terrace and is very spacious and incredibly bright. What we like the most is how cool the apartment is in summer and how warm it is in winter. We have air conditioning and heating so that you are comfortable book when you book.

Moreover, it also has a private parking.

On the other hand, you can enjoy a small garden area with a private outdoor shower and a playground.



Lastly, there is a doorman and intercom and 3 elevators.

The building was renovated a few years ago and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

We have free WIFI so you can work or relax at any time.



Its excellent location not only places it in front of the sea (on the first line) but also makes it possible for you to have all the services you may need next to it: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, etc.

Amazing and so easy

We arrived quite late at night and Ursla kept in contact all the way she was at the property to meet us. She explained where everything was and said don’t hesitate to co tact for anything. The property was ideal fantastic view and location . It’s the first time we have booked with VRBO so was quite nervous as we have been scammed before but they made it so easy. We will be booking again and recommending to all family and friends .

Mucho que mejorar

Cosas malas: 1.- Piso muy sucio: la vasija sucia sin lavar, polvo por zonas (aire acondicionado, cuadro de luces, cocina, cabecero de la cama, rail de la terraza del salón), cuarto de la lavadora sucio, sofa y cojines que olían mal, zonas pegajosas y el mantel de la mesa mejor tirarlo. Pésima limpieza del piso a nuestra llegada. 2.- Primera noche y nos damos cuenta que las sábanas estaban con area y ni siquiera tocamos la playa con lo cual nos dió la impresión que dichas sábanas no fueron cambiadas. Pufff, poco saludable. 3.- Lavavajillas y lavadora rotas por completa sin usarlas ni una sola vez. Avisamos y no muestran interés en cambiarlas y al final, en mis vacaciones tuve que ir yo a comprarlas y estar el día de cuando las traían. Alucino que lo tenga que hacer yo. 4.- La entrada al piso fue muy mala ya que no les dio la gana de dejar el piso frío antes de entrar nosotros. Cuadno llegamos hacía más calor en el piso que en la calle y estamos hablando de casi 40 grados. 5.- Un único aire acondicionado y muy viejo y en el salón, con lo cual en el resto de la casa hacía mucho calor. Se pasa mal para cocinar con tanto calor 6.- Un baño está genial pero el otro es muy pequeño ideal sólo para niños. 7.- Cuidado con la barandilla del salón que se mueve y tiene peligro de que se rompa y te caigas desde un 14 8. La luz del piso cuando pones varias cosas se saltan los plomos. 9.- El trato con nosotros sin mostrar interes. Piso como las fotos y con aparcamiento privado
