Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 meters from Poniente beach and 450 meters from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning system, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge right in the opposite building (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, Month €181. From 5 days it compensates the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park.



-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King.

-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).

-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

Would not recommend if staying with friends there are locals living next door do not like noise during the day and the communication was not good after my stay I can’t get in touch with them the apartment was not very good all beds uncomfortable and the air con makes you feel like you have a flu. Nos gustó que fuera espacioso, que tuviera ascensor, terraza, menaje de cocina, el detalle de la botella de agua y la ubicación. En general, muy bien y de hecho, tenemos intención de volver aunque es mejorable. Las almohadas son muy incómodas. Salía bastante olor a tuberías del lavabo. Estábamos al lado de la sala de lavadoras y se escuchaba bastante el ruido, incluso un día hasta las 12 de la noche. Para otra vez preferiríamos estar en otra planta superior. Echamos de menos un perchero en la entrada, más colgadores en el baño (éramos 2 adultos y 3 niños), un armario alto en la cocina, cucharas de palo para no rallar las sartenes, pelador... pero en general contentos.

La ubicación está genial al lado de un Mercadona y muy cerca de la playa esta muy céntrico. Para pasar una semana el apartamento esta bien, tiene lo necesario de utensilios en cocina, aunque nosotros no comimos en el apartamento, camas cómodas y limpias. Nos toco el apartamento en un 1º y había un poco ruido pero no nos molestó mucho, el sofá no era muy cómodo. Hubo una noche que los inquilinos del apartamento contiguo debieron beber más de la cuenta y llegaron dándo voces y golpes en nuestra puerta, estuvimos a punto de llamar a policía, otra vecina salió a regañarles y los amenazo también con la policia y parece que se calmo la cosa, claro esto no es culpa de los dueños, el año pasado estuvimos también y no tuvimos ningún problema

Como siempre eligo este piso por la cercanía a la playa y dependiendo de la suerte que tengo " la tranquilidad ". No me gusta que no se puede quejar uno ,a nadie de los otros "vecinos,huéspedes".Las últimas 2 noches nos ha tocado unos chicos ,que ocuparon el piso de arriba ,muy ruidosos,gritando y bailando hasta las 3 de la madrugada y tirando las colillas en nuestra terraza, donde teníamos la ropa tendida.

Super recomendable apartamento en el centro de Benidorm

El alojamiento está genial ubicado muy cerca de la playa del casco antiguo tiendas bares restaurantes, ubicacion de 10. Además está recién reformado, nos alojamos en el 5 que está en la primera planta y es todo interior por lo que no se oye nada de ruido, hemos dormido genial. Tiene una amplia terraza tambien. Check in y check out muy faciles. Totalmente recomendable!! Está tan recién reformado que creo que le falta todavía por poner por ejemplo unas baldas en el baño para colocar el neceser, y unas lamparitas de mesita de noche por ejemplo

Excelente ubicación,y muy cerca a la playa, apartamento muy limpio,amplio y completo.Nos ha gustado bastante.Sin duda alguna repetiremos en los apartamentos (eso si, llevando nuestras propias almohadas) Para nuestro gusto las almohadas muy altas,imposible dormir con ellas .
