Great 1 week's holiday

observations

Hello Alberto, we had a wonderful time and the view was marvellous . The apartment was fine but one or two things could improve it. These are as follows: The fridge door is on the wrong side, no Toaster, no Kettle, Shelf for shampoo in shower broken and bottom of the glass leaked., One Key, no change of bed linen or towels. .I hope you will accept these comments as constructive as I only want to help improve what is already a very nice apartment. Great Location

I very nice basic apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and you are very close to everything you will every need. The block itself is very secure and clean with the benifit of an outdoor pool. One bonus is the WiFi internet that was very fast at all times. I am sure that I will return in future.

The apartment was great exactly what we expected. A concierge service ensured it was secure. The apartment was clean spacious enough for two and the balcony really made it overlooking the sea. Would definately recommend it.

APARTMENT WITH STUNNING VIEW

The view and location of this property is breathtaking.It is located right on the beach between the old and new Benidorm town.Most of the properties are residential and the residents gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on holiday and has a swimming pool. It is close enough to enjoy both the lively or the more relaxed parts of Benidorm.We felt the place was very secure as a security guard was on duty through the night and you had your own key for the front gate and entry to the main door of the building.The owner Alberto, met us on our arrival showed us around and gave us his direct telephone number in case there was anything we needed to contact him and was an absolute gentleman. I will definately book this apartment again when returning to Benidorm

Schönes Appartment mit top Lage

Das Appartment ist wunderschön gelegen vor einem herrlichen Sandstrand mit einer wundervollen großen Terrasse und einem schönen Blick hinaus auf das Meer. Der Check In ist sehr leicht und und unkompliziert mit dem Besitzer Alberto, welcher sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Das Appartment selbst ist sauber und schön. Generell kann ich den Urlaub in dem Appartment sehr empfehlen, das einzige Manko war, dass am Strand, wenn man ins Wasser geht nicht Sand sondern einen Riesen Felsen hat.
