Villa Alfredo is located in a residential area on the Benissa coast, famous for its coves along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful and charming town that has become an important tourist destination in recent years due to its wonderful coastline. Alfredo offers parking for two cars, a wonderful and spacious terrace, all on one level with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue, all surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden with palm trees. All accommodation is located on the lower level of the villa; the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied during the rental months. The entrance to the lower level is through the covered terrace with a dining table, which leads to the kitchen with a breakfast table.
