The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Ana is a comfortable and sleek villa set on the hillside only 3 Km. from the beach located between Moraira and Calpe. Calpe is a perfect family retreat with big beaches, shops, and restaurants while Moraira enjoys a sophisticated atmosphere with more intimate beaches, coves, shops, and restaurants. The convenient location of the villa gives room to easily spend time in both places.

The splendid elevated position provides us with astonishing views of the landscapes and the coastline from its balcony and conservatory, whilst the spacious sun patios and a BBQ area border the large private swimming pool. The Roofed BBQ is equipped with a bar making it perfect to enjoy the fresh evenings.

From the parking, a couple of stairs lead down to the pool terrace, further exterior steps flow to the entrance of the interior which is all located one story. We enter via a large conservatory with big windows bringing both light and life into the whole room which has an extra balcony to its side, perfect to enjoy the morning breakfasts. From there, we flow into a spacious lounge/living room with Sat+/TV+DVD+WIFI and a fireplace and central heating to make you feel at home in summer and in winter.

A fully equipped fitted kitchen follows the large living room together with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a shower room. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a last double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This wonderful villa is a perfectly secluded retreat for both, families and couples.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a terrace, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
