Botánico - By Almarina Villas

Villa Botánico (Benissa) is a beautiful Mediterranean villa with a charming garden with a heated pool (extra, see conditions) and spacious terraces, as well as thoughtful contemporary decor. The villa has a great location, just a 5-minute drive from Playa de la Fustera, and is ideal for visiting Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Dénia, and Xábia. Your pet is welcome at this villa (€50 extra cleaning fee). It also has a large parking area for two cars.

Highlights:
- Heated swimming pool; available on request at an extra cost of €60 per day, only available for stays of more than 7 days, and for bookings made at least 3 days in advance. Available from 15 April to 15 October. The heating system for the outdoor pools raises the natural water temperature by +/- 5°C, so the final temperature will depend on the ambient temperature and the weather conditions.
- The private pool with 6 sun loungers is river-shaped and illuminated at night. The property's garden surrounds the entire pool area. Its mature garden features a multitude of tall palm trees, beautiful shrubs, and plants that give the villa its name, "Botanico."
- This modern Mediterranean-style villa features thoughtful decor that will captivate you with its beautiful living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and the spaciousness of the home.
- Villa Botánico has spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sun, have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with beautiful views of the garden, the pool, and the Ifach Rock.

Layout:
From the private parking area, you can access the pool and garden area, as well as a small staircase that leads to the main floor.
Up the entrance stairs, you reach the main floor, where you will find the "day area," with a large living room with high-end sofas and a fireplace, ideal for the winter, a dining room, and an open-plan kitchen. The entire day area connects to a large terrace, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the summer. Additionally, on this floor, we have one en-suite bedroom and two more bedrooms with access to an additional bathroom off the living room.

Upstairs, we reach the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace with a comfortable seating area from which to enjoy splendid views of the garden and the Peñón de Ifach.

Villa Botánico is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle, thanks to its elegant style, spaciousness, and modernity, its well-kept garden and pool, its spacious terraces with wonderful views, and its ideal location for exploring the best destinations on the Costa Blanca: Moraira, Jávea, Benissa, Dénia, Calpe, and more. It also has parking for two vehicles.
