Buenavista (Benissa) is a modern villa with a heated pool (extra, see conditions) and wonderful views of the sea and the Benissa pine forest. It features an excellent terrace, a chill-out area, and a barbecue area. You'll love its elegant decor, which combines Mediterranean and contemporary styles. Pets are not allowed. Buenavista enjoys an excellent location, 1.6 km from Advocat Beach and 2 km from Cala Baladrar, with its exclusive Olala restaurant, 5 km from Moraira, and 7 km from Calpe.
Highlights:
- Heated swimming pool; available on request at an extra cost of €60 per day, only available for stays of more than 7 days, and for bookings made at least 3 days in advance. Available from 15 April to 15 October. The heating system for the outdoor pools raises the natural water temperature by +/- 5°C, so the final temperature will depend on the ambient temperature and the weather conditions.

The living room connects to a modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On the same floor, there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a good workspace.
On the ground floor, independent from the rest of the house, there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. One of them has a work desk and accessories for using tablets or PCs.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning.
The 1,332 m2 exterior of the home features a large pool with sun loungers, a unique terrace with a large table, a large chill-out area, and a barbecue area.
