We enter the villa in the bright and open living space with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Chromecast. There’s a beautiful open plan kitchen with dining table for 8 and incredible views to the sea. It's a fantastic space for you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-zone induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and dishwasher.



Step outside onto the terrace and take in the amazing views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The front terrace is equipped with a lounge set, perfect for soaking up the sun.



There are 4 bedrooms in total. First, the spacious master bedroom benefits of an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, two sinks, hairdryer and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Opposite in the hallway are the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The third and separate bathroom features a walk-in shower, two sinks, hairdryer and toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, airconditioning and direct access to the outside terrace.



The villa has a private swimming pool of 8x4 where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge on the sunbeds. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below)!



By the pool area is a summer kitchen with fridge and BBQ, along with a dining area, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining with your family and friends. An outside bathroom with shower and toilet provides additional convenience, while a covered garage with washing machine and dryer ensures that your laundry needs are taken care of. 



There’s ample private parking space and free Wi-Fi throughout the house to stay connected.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
