This Spanish villa Lorena for 9 people with private swimming pool is close to the Benissa coast. Ideal for 2 families with children or large families. The villa has a spacious tropical garden with a lovely swimming pool to cool off and offers parking for several cars.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen. In the spacious living room with a fireplace you can relax with the available TV, and of course there is wifi and air conditioning. The first bedroom is downstairs, along with a spacious bathroom.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 with air conditioning. The second bedroom has a spacious bathroom, toilet, bidet and separate shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Do you want to enjoy your well-deserved holiday with all the luxury and comfort, then this villa is your ideal Villa.

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this villa.
2: One well-behaved dog is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

Lovely big villa. Great outdoor pool and bar. So many areas to sit and enjoy the sun.

Overall the property is very neat and tidy and is well equipped. Good communication with the owners.

Small refreshments like new fire place for grill or repairs inside (broken doors and drawers in cabinets) would increase impression of villa and standard. Nevertheless we enjoyed the place very much.

Pool. Had a fantastic stay at Villa Lorena. Kids and adults all loved our stay. Villa itself was large, nice seating areas pool was excellent. Living area and kitchen were great. Everything you would need and more! Anytime we contacted the team they were back to us extremely quickly! Small thing as it was very hot, A/C in the downstairs bedroom would be great. Fans were good but hard to beat a proper A/C

Fantastic villa!

My friends and I have had the best week at Villa Lorena. The location is slightly hard if you’re on foot with your nearest supermarket 35 minute walk (mainly up hill) it’s doable but makes the holiday a little less relaxing. The nearest beach is only a 10/15 minute walk and is lovely if you just want something close, while the other main beach down in calpe is about 40 minutes walk! The villa itself is located at the top of a steep hill so we did struggle a little when coming back from days out but we did not mind. The villa surpassed our expectations, the rooms were great sizes with so much storage room, the pool was a lovely size and the outdoor space was incredible. My friends and I wish we had the funds to stay longer! For the price, this villa is incredible, it has everything you need for a good enjoyable stay! The area is nice and quiet we did not find it too touristy nor too deserted which fitted us well! We had an issue with the garden lights not working however the team got right on it so for our last two nights we had beautiful outdoor evening lights😊 We had 8 people staying here and there was more than enough space for everyone. Again we are so happy with this stay!

We hebben een fantastisch verlof gehad in Villa Lorena. Er zijn een paar kleine min puntjes maar de pluspunten maken alles goed. En zeker de service van het Costa Blanca Dreams team is buitengewoon top!! Wat een top team en super vriendelijk ze doen er alles aan om u verblijf buitengewoon te maken en dat hebben ze gedaan Wij gaan zeker nog eens bij hen huren voor die buitengewone top service. Het team helemaal niets. In het huis enkele herstellingswerkjes.

La villa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades en el interior y el exterior. La casa estaba muy limpia a nuestra llegada y el personal ha sido muy atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho de las terrazas. La piscina es muy bonita. Muy recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones de relax en un entorno precioso. Esta a 10 minutos andando de Cala Fustera. Y de un supermercado. 100%recomendable

Villa in Benissa

Het huis was netjes ( wel wat verouderd interieur). Enkele lampen deden het niet. Alle keukenapparaten werkten goed, mooie grote koelkast. Airconditioning op alle slaapkamers was fijn. Mooie ruime tuin met zwembad was heerlijk, diverse plekken om te zitten. De parasols mogen wel vervangen worden, net als het grote zonnescherm. Verder een aangenaam verblijf gehad.
