Welcome to villa El Olivo, an impressive modern villa that enjoys a spectacular location just 10 minutes drive from the famous tourist center of Moraira, 5 minutes from the coast of Benissa, where there are several wonderful coves on the way to Calpe (20 minutes), where you can visit a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the most sophisticated beaches of the "Costa Blanca". You will also find various water activities available on the beaches of Calpe and Moraira, such as diving or jet ski excursions, Kayak rentals, etc. The entrance to the plot offers the possibility of parking for two small cars or a large one.

El Olivo is a very spacious holiday villa, with 2 floors connected by internal and external stairs. We enter the main house where we find a double bedroom with A/C, an ensuite bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, a spacious dining room with A/C, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, both with access to a large balcony with extraordinary views of the sea, ideal to enjoy with friends. From the living room, an internal staircase goes up to the solarium, where you can also enjoy the wonderful views of the sea, with a small kitchen and an outdoor dining table.

From the living room and through internal stairs you go down to the ground floor, where we find three double bedrooms with A/C, each one with its ensuite shower room. In addition, a small lounge from where you can access the large pool terrace, heated at the request of the client and with an additional cost of 250.-€/week. The spacious private pool terrace and exotic garden offer a high degree of privacy. In addition, sun loungers, several sunny spaces, and a very spacious covered area with outdoor dining and barbecue.
