Welcome to Emma, a refined villa located by the Benissa coast, just a few minutes walk to the nice cove El Baladrar, various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Only 4 Km. separate us from the beautiful coast town of Moraira, where a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops can be explored together with the main sand beach “La Ampolla” and various water activities like scuba diving and jet ski trips. By the drive, we find parking for 1 car, from where we access the bottom floor, where a spacious exterior welcomes us, with a private swimming pool forming the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sun beds, spacious sun patios, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The exterior is well surrounded by a subtle Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The entire accommodation is on two storeys connected through internal stairs and enjoys a modern attention-to-detail decoration with refined furniture throughout.

From the parking, four stairs lead us up to the lower floor, presented with a large living area with SAT+TV, an open fully equipped kitchen, and 2 double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, sharing a full bathroom with shower. Internal stairs lead up to the top level where we find a modern fitted kitchen and a dining/living area with Sat+TV+DVD. With access to a balcony with very nice sea views, continued by a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
