Welcome to La Felicidad, a modern and spacious villa located just minutes from the Ifach Golf Course and the Pepe la Sal shopping center on the Benissa coast, home to several restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. It enjoys an elevated position, offering unparalleled views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Only 4 km separate us from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira, a world-famous tourist destination known for its sandy beaches of La Ampolla and El Portet, offering a variety of water activities such as diving and jet skiing.
At the entrance, we find the parking area and garage. We access the upper floor through a spacious hall that leads to the dining room and balcony with a chill-out area, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. From this balcony, a staircase leads down to the garden area with a large private pool that forms the heart of the terrace, surrounded by hammocks and an outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The exterior is surrounded by a subtle Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The entire accommodation is spread over two floors connected by external stairs and features very modern decor with great attention to detail and refined furnishings. The main house consists of a large dining room with sea views, adjacent to a large living-dining room with air conditioning and TV, and the modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with air conditioning and shower, plus a guest toilet.
