Finca Campo Mar (Benissa) is a charming and spacious detached villa that can accommodate up to 12 people. LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a very spacious plot of 5,000 m² and has a floor area of 450 m² spread over two storeys. The property can be accessed directly from its spacious car park or via a splendid private driveway leading straight to the pool area.
From the car park, you enter the main floor, which comprises a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the lower ground floor, which features a spacious lounge with a large terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table and barbecue area, as well as four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Finally, there is a separate building where you can enjoy the sauna and massage bed.
The living areas on both floors offer easy access to the spacious pool area, which features a Balinese bed for relaxing in the shade, a spacious sunbathing area with eight sun loungers, a pétanque court and a large outdoor kitchen with a dining table, allowing you to choose between dining by the pool or in the spacious dining room on the upper floor, which boasts a 4-metre-long table.
LOCATION: Despite being surrounded by nature and offering complete privacy and tranquillity, Finca Campo Mar is just 2.5 km (a 6-minute drive) from the coves of Advocat and Baladrar, both of which have charming restaurants, 2 km from the ALDI supermarket and 6 km from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira. Its strategic location allows you to fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity, whilst still having easy access to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
