Only 5 Min. drive from the center of Benissa, where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored together with breathtaking beaches and coves on the coast road between Calpe and Moraira, 15 km from the villa. Calpe is only 9 km away. The Finca offers unrivalled 360 degrees views from the refined countryside of the area, Ifach Rock and sea views, also provide a high degree of privacy.
Finca Fantaxat offers parking for 4 cars, which leads towards a spacious terrace, surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, a built BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
