Villa Hija de la Luna is centrally located in the popular San Jaime urbanization on Benissa Coast, a 5-minute walk from Ifach Golf Course, which also offers 3 tennis courts, bars, and restaurants. The villa is a ten-minute drive from the shops, bars, restaurants, and the coves of Baladrar and Advocat situated on the Benissa coast. The popular holiday town of Moraira is only a 4 km drive away.

We enter the plot through steps leading down to a large terrace with a private pool, sun loungers and outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, and a covered terrace with chill-out sofas overlooking the pool. The villa is on three levels connected by internal or external stairs. Entrance to the living room on the pool level, with a cozy living room with TV-SAT and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

On this level there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a private shower and A/C, there is also a shower and a guest toilet, going up some spiral stairs you access a double bedroom with a balcony with extraordinary views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach of Calpe. From the pool level, through another spiral staircase, you go down to a small apartment with a double bedroom and another with a bunk bed, the two share a shower and there is also a washing machine. Pretty Mediterranean gardens surrounding the villa.
