Villa La Mar (Benissa) is a wonderfull villa with sea views and a unique and special location, just a 3-minute walk from La Fustera sandy beach, several fantastic restaurants and a supermarket. On this same floor there are 3 large bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and charming décor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful sea views. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.
This floor has gas central heating and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room with television.

The ground floor, which was completely renovated in 2024, has another 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with two bunk beds for the younger ones, each with its own full en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has sea views. This floor also has large wardrobes in each bedroom and a desk for working if necessary.
You will also enjoy another excellent lounge with a large sofa and a spacious, modern kitchen with direct access to the wonderful barbecue area and swimming pool.

LOCATION:

Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary if you do not wish to go on excursions in the area. La Fustera beach is only 220 metres away, with private and exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, we recommend the ecological trail with its beautiful sea views, which allows you to reach the coves of Pinets and Bassetes in a pleasant walk of about 400 metres.
