Maison agréable à vivre mais …..

Impression très favorable de cette maison bien équipée et super bien située hélas gâchée par le bruit désagréable de la pompe de la piscine, située sous la chambre, qui s’enclenchait dès 5h du matin jusqu’en fin de matinée.

Schönes ruhiges Anwesen mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Anwesen mit Pool ist ruhig gelegen und gepflegt. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Das Anwesen verfügt u.a. über eine schöne Terrasse, die leider nicht nutzbar war, weil sie durch einen danebenstehenden Baum fast vollständig überwuchert war. Hätte man die Terrasse freigeschnitten oder am besten den Baum ganz beseitigt, hätte man nicht nur die Terrasse nutzen können, sondern hätte auch einen schönen Meerblick gehabt. Auch die Dusche, die im Prospekt besonders hervorgehoben wurde, ist wenig praktikabel. Sie sieht zwar optisch gut aus, ist aber sehr klein und lässt sich sehr schlecht regulieren. Darüber hinaus sind die beiden Schiebeduschtüren aus den Fassungen, sodass die Dusche nicht richtig geschlossen werden konnte. Dennoch: Insgesamt eine schönes Haus.
