Welcome to Villa Rulle, a dream refuge between the beautiful localities of Moraira and Calpe.
This charming villa has maintained its Mediterranean essence in terms of style, with capacity for up to six people, and is located in a peaceful urbanised area.
A few kilometres away, you will find commercial diversity and a varied typical gastronomic offering of the area.
Marvellous sandy beaches and rocky coves with crystal-clear waters, ideal for relaxing or embarking on exciting snorkelling and kayaking adventures on sunny days, are just a few minutes' drive away.
The property is divided into two floors; the first floor features a cosy colonial-style living-dining room with panoramic views of the majestic Peñón de Ifach, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with single beds followed by a full bathroom.
