Rosa Fresca is a spacious villa, decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style, with a very central location on the coast of Benissa: 500 meters from the Pepe La Sal shopping center and 700 meters from the Baladrar cove, famous for its crystal-clear waters and its lively beach bar with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast. It is only 4 km from the center of Moraira and the main beaches in the area, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants, water sports and tourist attractions to visit.

The house offers a spacious terrace around the private pool, with sun loungers and a barbecue area located at the back of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the pool area we access the house via some steps, to a small balcony and then, all on one level, we find a glazed terrace with a dining table and views of the pool, which leads to the spacious living room with TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The living room leads to the 2 bedrooms, both with A/C, where we find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a WC, where the washing machine is also located. An ideal villa for those who do not want to use the car during the holidays.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Cala Baladrar. The villa offers a private pool and a kitchen.
